Tithebarn Fun Day

THE PLAN

Our family fun day will be held in our town square on Saturday 1st August, between 12 noon and 4pm.  It’s free to attend and with our themes of community and affordability, activities will be free or low cost so everyone can get involved.

We’re running sport challenges in the Multi-Use Games Area, and we’ll have a bouncy castle too.  There will be stalls from local crafters and organisations, plus a tractor from Mosshayne Farm and veg based activities that you won’t be able to resist.

And there’s more.  Broadclyst Parish Council will be helping us out and will provide a dog show to watch and get involved in so even canine family members are invited!     Thanks Angie!

We’ll have a range of refreshments at affordable prices, plus our friends at Strawberry Fields and Tesco will be open as usual too, and The Black Horse will be running a bar on site during the day so there should be refreshments to meet every need.

THE ASK

Thanks to everyone who came along to our initial meetings and has offered to help out so far.  There’s still more to do though.  On the day we’ll need volunteers for 1 hour slots that can help out with welcoming people, dealing with enquiries and ensuring everyone stays safe.

Also, we still have space for locals who want to have a table on the day – whether you can offer plants or pilates – we’d like to give you space to reach out to our community, all free of charge!

As always, scan the QR code to join our WhatsApp chat or visit Tithebarn.UK for the latest information.
