The Management Companies of each site will have different terms of reference and structures. One structure is that of Redhayes Management Company which will have a handover date at which it is transferred to residents to be directors. Their Articles of Association are at the bottom of the page. They will then be able to appoint a property management company of their choice.
In the articles of association, the managed areas of Redhayes Management Company are mapped out (this is taken from the PDF and the image quality is as good as I can get).
Other developments have a different provision where the Directorship remains in control by the developers and they choose the property management company they want, for example Remus.
The Residents Association have requested that Broadclyst Parish Council carry out feasibility study as to whether they can take over the management of any/all community grounds in Tithebarn. Progress towards this is monitored on the ‘What is happening about our Management Company?‘ page.
