The annual fun day is for our community and needs to be by our community. We’ve already got commitment and support by local organisations including Broadclyst Parish Council. What we need to do next is set up our working group to decide date, location and activities, and begin to make it happen.
The initial meeting will take place at Voco Zeal Exeter Science Park on Monday 30th March at 7pm. Those interested can just turn up, although it would be helpful if you could let us know by joining the Event Planning chat on WhatsApp.
At the meeting we will assess if we have enough support for the event to run (we’ll need 20+ volunteers please so do offer help if you can) and put together a plan of action.
We’d like community stalls, refreshments, children’s activities, music and a whole lot more so whatever you can contribute would be welcome.
