Stagecoach

Stagecoach are contracted by Devon County Council (DCC) to provide transport services within Exeter city, East Devon and other surrounding areas. Therefore they are the primary provider of bus services to and from TitheBarn, EX1.
After an initial regular and reliable service back in 2018 with three buses an hour into the city during daytimes, the service declined significantly, both in the timetabled offering and the reliability of meeting its own lower standards.
Following a tribunal in Bristol in Nov 2022 that received submissions from DCC, myself and many others, the management of StageCoach South West was replaced and improvements are evident again.
As of Oct 2025, TitheBarn is served by an early morning B service with up to three buses an hour during the day and an evening service until 11pm.   Plus we have an hourly Sunday service now too.
