Killerton is a family home and a great estate. It boasts a glorious landscape garden surrounded by parkland with fine 18th-century house. Located in the Broadclyst parish it is a great family day out, with dogs very welcome to explore the miles of paths and tracks where they can explore off the lead.
The number 1 bus service regularly runs between Exeter Bus Station and Tiverton Bus Station. Alight at ‘Killerton Turn’
Relaxed Hours in the House.
In support of members of our community who may require a quieter environment to fully enjoy Killerton House, the National Trust are running new Relaxed Hours that take place there on the first Wednesday and Saturday of each month from 10am-11am.
If anyone would like to enjoy the house at your own pace, without the hustle and bustle, these spaces could be the perfect opportunity for you to do so. These sessions are designed to be of benefit to visitors who prefer a quieter and calmer experience, such as those with autism, SEN or dementia.
Please be aware that numbers are limited to reduce noise and crowding, therefore booking is essential. Please note that it is free to reserve tickets online, however normal admission fees still apply.
