From the M5 at Junction 29, exit Honiton Road/A30 towards Honiton and follow the signs to the Science Park. Bear left at the traffic lights, and taking the left exit to continue on Honiton Road. Take the next left onto Tithebarn Way and stay on this for 300m until you cross the pedestrian crossing. The housing estates between here and the M5 bridge constitute Tithebarn village.
Tithebarn Village is officially located in the parish of Broadclyst, in the district of East Devon. With the exception of The Black Horse Inn, all our local amenities are towards Exeter City centre, which is a 20 min bus ride away.
Closer though is the convenience store, post office, chemist and eateries of Pinhoe, and large supermarkets of Sainsburys, Aldi and Lidl, plus numerous small local businesses for car servicing, insurance and vet needs. Plus, the history of Pinhoe with it’s extensive grasslands, ancient hedgerow and church makes it a great place to explore on foot.
We also have access to the village of Broadclyst which boasts several public houses, a doctors, a convenience store and a social club – all of which are worth a visit. It’s also a great place to start exploring the wider countryside of Ashclyst forest and Killerton gardens.
