Exeter Science Park

Exeter Science Park is the South West’s centre of activity for businesses in science, technology, engineering, maths and medicine, known as STEMM.

It’s a regional science park that stimulates a knowledge-based economy, delivering better jobs, higher productivity and economic growth by bringing together a like-minded community which is now 700 strong and growing.

The science park has office space to rent, bespoke business support, high speed connectivity and an onsite café. Currently being built is a carbon neutral hotel onsite.

Their are regular buses running into the City, to Pinhoe Train Station and to Exeter Airport. Plus the Science Park lives on a dedicated cycle route that runs between Exeter and Cranbook.
